Also the cover doesn’t seem like the same cover from Amazon when I ordered it so it tends to make me wonder if I’ve received the right choice. There’s exercises you can do that you utilize weights and ring but there’s enough with out them and she even say you do not have to use them. To date I like this set and would recomend it to anybody who just like a quick exercise that you do not have to do arobics and be to coordiated to complete.. So I believe I will stay with this series. Instead you receive an aging, stiff lady who’s clearly uncomfortable giving instruction and doing the workouts simultaneously.
